どらぼこ　美味しいです＾＾

仙台駅でお土産に買った


　　　どらぼこ


なかなかおいしかったので、紹介します♪

一見、どらやきなので、

名前は　　　『どらぼこ』

生地はお魚のすり身と玉子た～～～っぷりのふんわり生地です。

かまぼこであり、かまぼこではない・・といった食感が新しい感じ。

中に　ホイップチーズクリームを挟んであり、好みでシロップをかけていただきます。
